Physical Products (Building Bricks)
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product.
Return Conditions
• Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
• All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Damaged, incomplete, or used items cannot be refunded.
Return Procedure

Contact our customer service at contact@flowindus.com to obtain a return authorization.

Carefully pack the product and ship it to the indicated address.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund.
Refund
• If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase within 7 to 10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Digital Products
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable files, plans, 3D models, etc.), no returns or refunds will be granted after purchase.
Exceptions
A refund may be considered only if:
• The received file is unusable due to a technical defect and no alternative solution can be provided.
• You have not yet downloaded the product and request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
